The British Club
The British Club is one of the oldest and among the most popular clubs in Bahrain. Founded in 1935, it was originally known as The Gymkhana Club, and has since gone from strength to strength, currently boasting a membership of over 1500. The club offers a safe, friendly atmosphere for individuals and families to relax in and has a wide range of facilities. These include a swimming pool, squash courts, a first class restaurant, tennis courts, coffee shop, refreshment areas and one of the main attractions, a gym which is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and fitness sessions held on a regular basis.
Membership Fees: Family - BD160, Single - BD115. Monthly; Family - BD16, Single - BD13.
