Sharq Shopping Complex
Souk Sharq is one of the busiest malls in Kuwait so if possible it is best to avoid Thursday afternoon and Friday evening as the mall is packed and finding a parking space can sometimes be difficult. Shops include Debenhams, Body Shop, Mango and The Sultan Center. The mall is built on two levels with a food court dividing the mall into two sections. It also houses a cinema and play area for kids. The Sultan Center restaurant, overlooking the Marina, is a popular spot for Friday brunch. Or you can just pass the time watching the world go by at one of the many coffee shops (including two branches of Starbucks). The unique water clock in the atrium is both accurate and fascinating!
